PT Dahana received the award for “Company Committed to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in Office Affairs in West Java Province in 2025.” This prestigious award was presented at the culmination of the 61st st National Health Day (HKN) Commemoration at the West Java Province level, at the Sasana Budaya Ganesha Building, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

PT Dahana’s General Manager of Occupational Health and Safety, Dewi Kurniaty, who was present to receive the award, emphasized that Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) is a top priority in every aspect of the company. She stated that, as a company facing extreme risks, the implementation of OHS at Dahana is not merely a matter of complying with regulations, but rather a fundamental requirement for the company to ensure business continuity and employee well-being.

“This award is the result of solid collaboration from all elements of the company. I express my deepest gratitude to the Board of Directors and Management for their continuous support in terms of resources, as well as to all Dahana employees who consistently implement an OHS culture. This is proof that our concern for occupational safety is appreciated by the government,” said Ms Kurniaty after receiving the award.

OHS implementation at Dahana is carried out through an integrated management system. The Company has adopted various international and national standards, such as ISO 45001:2018, the OHS Management System (SMK3) in accordance with Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012, and other regularly audited mandatory regulations that are regularly audited.

Especially within the central office environment or the Dahana Campus in Subang, OHS practices are implemented diligently in daily activities. Furthermore, Dahana’s office area is unique due to its status as a National Vital Object so OHS is strictly implemented and integrated with the security system.

Dahana also routinely conducts annual employee Medical Check-Ups (MCU), holds webinars, health prevention and outreach programs on infectious and non-infectious diseases, and has a weekly fitness program to improve employee health.

Mis Kurniaty further explained that receiving this award will not result in Dahana’s OHS system becoming lax. In fact, this recognition from the West Java Provincial Government serves as a reminder that safety standards must be continuously improved in line with changing times and increasingly complex challenges.

“Thank you to the West Java Provincial Government and the 61st HKN organizing committee for this appreciation. This award is certainly very valuable to us as proof that Dahana maintains OHS in every aspect of its operations. We hope that Dahana can continue to be a role model for OHS implementation in the office sector in the future,” Ms Kurniaty concluded.
